Last night I sat in the presence of an amazing woman and listened to her delicious knowledge about the divine soul and consciousness.
She spoke to so many amazing topics and one here I would love to share with you.
One that impacted me profusely and I am still digesting all of the content, is understanding your power.
So what is Power……. Power is the way the divine manifests in your life. It is your Self Esteem. It is your words and actions. It is your abundance (or lack of) Faith. It is your Integrity. It is your Humbleness & Love. It is Grace. It is your soul.
Consciousness is about connecting to your soul and bringing your power back into balance. And when we bring our own power back into balance we bring the power of the planet and all living things back into balance.
We believe that Healing ourselves is all about us…… however when we heal ourselves we heal all.

You have a choice each day that carries profound, creative consequences, this can have you feeling centred and standing in your power to compromising your truth and betraying yourself or another. And this is where you can loose your power and end up in a soul crises.
